Amanda is a Spirit filled Full Gospel Christian. She also is a Gentile studying the Jewish Roots of Christianity and these two things are central to her beliefs. Amanda is a member of the board of directors for Adriel Christian Church, and is a deliverance minister. Amanda attended Spring Arbor University where she attained a Bachelor’s of Art. She was also a Firefighter for 11.5 years before she was forced to quit due to being bedridden for 4 years from Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, Scoliosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, Arthritis, Bone Spurring, Digestive Disorders, along with all of the emotional problems like Depression and Anxiety that goes along with fighting pain. During this time God had called her into the wilderness, which started this blog. Amanda was in the wilderness for 4 months seeking God when Jesus delivered her and healed her! She has learned so much from Jesus/Yeshua during her life and hopes that you will enjoy what she share’s with you about her learnings.

Amanda is also an artist who paints Abstract oil paintings. She remembers painting with her Grandmother when she was as young as 5 years old. Grandma would take her to Museums, she paid for private lessons, and would paint together for hours. Grandma was always a great supporter of her art work. Amanda received a scholarship to attend Spring Arbor University for Art, there she fell in love with black and white photography and being in the dark room for hours. There was moment in her life when she felt like a switch had flipped in her and she just needed lots of COLOR in her art. Amanda then switched back to painting, instead of painting landscapes like she used to with Grandma, she started painting abstracts. She loves how the colors play together on the canvas.
